We accept that occasionally our services may not meet our customer’s expectations.  For this reason we have developed MSDCares to inform us on how we may not have succeeded in delivering the highest level of service our customers expect and deserve.

Using this website will ensure that any customer issue is properly investigated and dealt with quickly and fairly.  All reported concerns are taken very seriously, and every effort will be made to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the results achieved through our continual improvement initiatives.

Accessing MSDCares from the www.msdonline.com website or directly from www.msdcares.com, customers with valid MSD account numbers have a fast online portal to report an issue, check on its status or add notes to an existing report.
